My neck is 13" as well. I'm 5'5" and 138lbs. I'm not really looking to lose too much more weight, just tone everything. I don't think 13" would be considered a "fat neck".

I use GenSoy protein powders. I have plain, but it also come in vanilla and chocolate, if I remember correctly, and it's vegan, so no lactose.

I went from 160 at my highest to 145 now. I still going towards maybe 135, but right now I'm focused on toning and losing inches more than losing lbs.

I love all Clif bars, but I especially love their Builder's varieties. They're delicious and have 20g of protein per bar. Most are at 270 calories per bar, which isn't too bad considering all that protein. They keep me full for a while if I don't have time for a real meal.

Maybe I should have mentioned that MFP had my sugar allowance at 24g. I was just planning out my meals for tomorrow and saw that I was already over the sugar just from a tomato (5g) a cucumber (5g) and a granny smith apple (16g). So when I look at it that way, it does seem like the goal was way too restricting. I changed…

That's a good idea. I usually eat things like peaches and sweeter apples, but I did just buy a few granny smiths this morning.

Soup? Not sure which restaurant you're going to, but whenever I go to Olive Garden or something similar, I get their minestrone soup (100 cal/bowl) and a salad, and if I can afford it, I'll eat a breadstick too.
