Progress photos! Finally

It's taken probably longer than it should have, but I finally put together a progress photo. Because I finally opened my eyes and am able to see the changes in my body.

-25 lbs

My routine consists of a lot of kicking *kitten*.
I go to the gym 6 days a week (most weeks), and I try to eat as clean as possible.

I have a full time job and am a full time student. I don't have time for excuses. I just do it.

I have 3 different workout routines that I cycle through. I have a day for back/biceps, a day for chest/triceps, and a day for legs (glutes/hanstrings/quads/calves).
Each day starts with cardio and ends with abs, with this in between:

    Back/biceps-
    Lat Pulldowns
    Cable Rows
    Dumbbell bent-over rows
    Dumbbell bicep curls
    Dumbbell incline curls
    Assisted pull-up

    Chest/Triceps
    Barbell bench press
    Incline barbell bench press
    Dumbbell Bench press
    Dips
    Lying tricep extensions
    Tricep pull-downs (on cable cross-over w/rope extension)

    Legs (my favorite)
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Alternating Lunges
    Leg press
    Leg Extensions
    Calf raises

I do everything 3 sets of 15 each. I keep the weight high enough so it's challenging, but I focus more on keeping my reps high, and not so much on keeping my weight high. On days when I'm feeling particularly strong, I either do 4 or 5 sets of each or 20 reps each set. I don't increase the weight.

And on all days except leg day, I try to finish with some more cardio if I still have time or if I'm not too fatigued. But that's my biggest downfall. I should be doing more cardio than I do.

I hope that all makes sense!
