I'm actually eating less than I should right now, because of financial reasons, but when I was eating the proper amount of food, I was never hungry unless I just got done with a big workout. And I lost weight just fine. You just have to find the balance between feeding your body what it needs to subsist…

Hit my monthly goal for hours. I had hoped to get more jogging in this month, but I've been nursing a couple injuries...Maybe October will be better in that regard.
