If you tracked it every day, you can go back through your exercise log and add them up, but there isn't really any easier way to do it on MFP. I use another GPS tracking site to keep track of mine, called endomondo.

I'm glad! :drinker: It helps me, too. Knowing that I have to log my miles every day gives me motivation to get out there and do it. I actually feel guilty if I have to type in a "goose egg" for a day. And I feel better than I have in years.
