I did a Tough Mudder last year and am signed up to do another one in 4 days. You definitely have to be in GOOD shape to actually complete the whole course. I would start out with a 5k mud run first.

Yes, I do need to eat more fruits and vegetables I guess, maybe that is part of it? I never used to have a problem losing weight so I can't quite figure out what I am doing wrong this time around.

I dont enter my exercise every day, but I do about 30 minutes of running 5-6 days a week

Definately digital. Makes it so much easier to read and keep track of. I just have a Taylor one that I paid about $20 for and it works great! They say the price doesn't make it any better or worse than others because I was just looking into getting one that measures body fat too
