  • I did Insanity last Aug while training for a half. I think you can eastily still keep up with your weight training with Insanity since it is more cardio based. The first month the DVDs are about 30 mins and the 2nd month they are closer to 45 mins

I recently had problems with my watch and they let me ship it to them and sent me a new one free of charge and it has been over a year since I bought mine.

  • I give into my cravings and just try to moderate them. This is my 4th pregnancy and I know personally no matter what I gain at least 50lbs while pregnant. I have been doing weights with slight jogging and have gained 17lbs and am 20wks.

  • I have never tried those, but I have just finished Insanity and am on Chalean Extreme with beachbody and have had AMAZING results. The videos are about 30-50 mins and you get a good workout in.

  • you will want to add in roughly 500 extra calories a day. I am currently still nursing my 16 month old and for awhile I was only consuming 1200 calories a day and I could really tell the affect on my supply it had, but once I increased my calories back up I was good to go.
  • Shakeology is a GREAT tasting shake that beachbody offers. It is only 150 calories and has 15g protien. Otherwise I think eggs would be a good choice since you haven't had luck with other sources. Do you drink a lot of water during the day? Increasing your water intake can usually help with reducing bloating.
