Here is my concern about "weighing in"....and I'll post this in discussion too. I simply don't weigh myself. My former trainer told me that it could be deceiving because muscle weighs. So, I try to gear myself towards inches. Does anyone know how that one works? :smile:

This is crazy...but I LOVE the smart ones frozen dinners (i'll eat the turkey ones). Everything I love is starches and bread...all the bad stuff/ I do love vegetables, but I can't have them raw. I love cheese!!

.s. Thank you so much for replying. It meant a lot to me. This is where I don't feel so alone. Thank you for the home exercise treatments...I am walking very very briskly up and down hills. 30 minutes burns 260 calories :( but, it's a start. Thanks!
