I only burned 300 + calories. And oh how I can relate with you. The healthy food is so NEVER EVER filling. If ate meat, then that would be different. okay, I guess I'm tired right now, but caloric deficit? It's like 900 right now since I worked out. No way I can eat that. Even with a protein shake with fiber.

I'm going by carbs/sugar - keeping sugar low even through fruit. I don't touch sweets or bread. I take in fiber through protein shakes that I add to.

I worked with an attorney that went on WW and lost over 100 pounds - sadly his meals were limited to one a day - he loved getting McDonald's Big Mac. Okay, something so very wrong with this entire picture as this goes against everything in the MFP and healthy living world.

Thank you all. I read over each one of your comments, met with a trainer at the gym and he explained it all in detail to me. The machines do not calculate correctly (the one for cardio I use) which is why I was getting such a significant difference from MFP. Also, spoke to my nutritionist and I need to up my caloric intake…

According to My Fitness Pal yes. I plug in my workout for the day and the calories burned come to approximately 1200. That's sick. Now, the machines are different at the gym, the machines read about 350...max.

So are you saying that if I am set at 1200, (to lose weight/inches), I only eat 800 calories, work out, burn 400, that's a 400 deficit and I should not eat 800 more calories (assuming all caloric intake is healthy eating?) I'm confused.
