  • I keep mine open as well. I feel it keeps me more accountable when I know that others can see my food diary. I have logged in daily for over 1600+ days, with my meals and exercise. We can all motivate each other. Feel free to add me as a friend. Kelly :)

  • Thanks for all the great ideas! I started eating celery & PB2 (love this peanut butter) in the afternoon and its been filling me up. :) Carrots/cukes with hummus sometimes in the mornings too and have been making myself drink ALOT more water.
