I’m actually starting next week. After putting the days on the calendar I realized I was a week short 😊 But yes let’s be buddies 🤣

My SweatVac visor hides most of the frizziness, but I just throw it back in a ponytail. I braided my hair for the first one, but haven’t cared much since. I have accepted the fact that I will never have a "pretty" race picture. Also, I don't recommend 2 braids...nothing hurts worse than a sun burned head!

In the mean time I would like to get my weight down to a more competitive level, focus on the international and half…

Speaking from experience it is not super easy to lose weight and train for an Ironman :-) When I am training I have to hid food or not keep my kitchen stocked, because I just want to eat everything :-) Good Luck in AZ! Will this be your first? What is your goal? What area of the country are you from? Lots of personal…

Use arm warmers! You can take them off once you warm up if needed. I personally would not wear pants, just your tri suit. If you are really worried about being cold, knee warmers would be my preference, so you can take them off while you are on your bike if you have good balance ;-) I would recommend toe covers for your…
