Good job everyone!!! I was at 164 this morning. No loss but no gain so I am happy since I hung out with friends and family this weekend and had ALOT of temptations.

Ok my goals To cut down my soda pop consumption. Right now I have about a can a day. I am going to try to go for a can every other day, so today no pop for me :tongue: Also I have been working out 3 days a week and am going to try to go for 4 days a week.

I do a body pump class at the "Y" which is an hour of weights/ strength training. Usually before class I will do 20 minutes on a treadmill or eliptical. Then 1 day a week I do a cardiokick class. I am going to try it. I love zucchini bread and I have so much from my garden right now. When I make it, I add a tsp of ground cloves, gives it a really great flavor!
