Oh this is hard. I'm there too! It is hard because I want to eat to help myself stay awake. Just try to keep busy at work, and eat healthy and eat only out of hunger. Drink hot tea at the other times. Good luck.

It starts today, ends Easter Sunday. Good luck. I'm gonna try to journal or spend a quiet moment If I feel the need to make a mad dash to the grocery store for pastries.

The science behind burning more FAT calories due to less sugars in your bloodstream I believe to be true from what I've read. However; if you can workout harder and feel better having eaten breakfast, then do it. I think the important part is total cals in, total cals out.

I add just a tiny bit of honey (i know it's sugar but a small amount goes a long way) and a decent amount of cinnamon.

That's awesome!!! Good for you. Just give the tiny tots a decade or so and some kids. They'll most likely change their tune.

I seem to always feel that way when my calories are restricted. I've done best losing weight by exercising more and restricting food only a little. I have never been at a perfect weight though, always 20 lbs more. urgh!!

Oh, and if you like it enough to keep going....get the shoes, they help pivoting and protect your knees.

I LOVE ZUMBA! It is latin inspired dancing, sorta like you would line dance, but to awesome music. The dances repeat themselves throughout the song. The more you go, the more you shake it up because you learn the steps. I would go and try it for a few times no matter how much weight you need to lose. You can go at your own…
