Did you ever resolve your tension headaches? I've had them all my memorable life and although not crippling they do impart on my quality of life!! My head is always fogging with a dull ache. I'm nearly 37 years old and have these dull aches minimum 6 out of 7 days.

I live near the Celtic manor Hotle that's where the Ryder cup was held in Wales. The guys in the gym measured my bf at 22% about a year ago and I've drop nearly a stone so I hope it's more fat than muscle.
