It also depends on wether your body fat is concentrating on special areas or all over the body. I still had the hourglass shape even with my highest weight at 290 lb (130kg). It took quite long until I could see the first results: 45lb (20kg). :wink:

I'd like to wear skirts without bothering about the thighs getting sore. :huh: :sad: Other that that I could care less about the gap or no gap thing as long as my thighs sometime in the future won't be wobbly but tight and muscular! :tongue: :happy:

You can put beans in about everything, eg veggie stir fry, filling capsicums with feta, beans and veggies, enchiladas, veggie patties,... :drinker: All yummy! If they're dried, put them in water overnight, that way you can later absorb the iron better! :wink: I'm a vegetarian with all my heart. :smile:

It's so good I am vegetarian, that makes it so much easier not eating fast food... :wink: I like going to Subways, but that's about 2 times a year. Also I like sumo salad, I don't know if that's an Australian thing though. They have so many low fat, low sugar veggie salads on their menu and it's yummy!

I don't really use the calories that I walk every day. My heart rate doesn't rise when I walk. I just try to do more than 10000 steps, just to make sure, I'm active enough. I only log exercises/training. :wink: BTW this is the first link that came up when I googled for the topic:…

I also made the experience that weight gained on vacation will be lost nearly as fast as long as you hold strict to your plans this and next week! It'll be a piece of cake (or better not... :wink: )

I use ground chia seeds in my breakfast shakes or in my Wheat Bix with milk and fruit. Yummy, but not miraculous... :wink:

I won't stop eating my dairy and my fresh fruit just because of the sugar content. Of course one should try to keep it to a manageable amount, but we are talking about FRESH FRUIT and not about a Mars bar... :wink: :laugh:

Also I would try to eat a little bit more fresh fruit and raw veggies, together with a glass of water and a few almonds (fat and water to help dissolve and use the vitamins in your body :wink: ). Personally I would try to eat less processed food, but that is a question of personal belief/gusto. :drinker:

I think everybody reacts differently to such cheat meals. One swears it works the other one can't have one single extra thing without bad consequences. Just have a look what works out best for you! :glasses:
