Well, I have been gone for a few days.. But I am back!!!! I did L1D5 yesterday and I feel it getting easier. I wish I could do the last 5 days of L1 in a row. Maybe my schedule will allow that to happen....I will keep my fingers crossed...

I have been really bad. Didn't get to exercise over the weekend cuz had to go out of town. And so far this week I have only exercised one day... Tuesday I rode my bike for 35 minutes and did EA active for 25 minutes. Wednesday had company in from out of town. I am feeling so lazzzzy....

I haven't logged anything since Thursday.. 0/exercise 8/glasses of water for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Went to San Antonio for a wedding. No exercise for 3 days really stinks.....

50 minutes is great!!! It goes by so fast when it is something fun... On monday i did 30 minutes step aerobics and 30 minutes EA active.

Hey everbody!!! On monday i had 8 bottles of water and did 30 minutes of step aerobics on the Wii and 30 minutes of EA active on the Wii. I can see changes in my arms since i started in September, not so much in my hips and thighs -which is where I need the change.....boohoo!!!

Ok---on sunday I had 9 glasses of water and 35 min. of exercise. Saturday - no exercise, just house cleaning, does that count?? and I had 11 glasses of water..

I did 35 min. yesterday- but blew it cause my daughter wanted Taco Bell. I never know what to order there, so I end up in a hurry and just pick something.. Usually not healthy or really even tasty.. I stayed under on calories but went over on fat -which is not good. I will try to get 30 mins. today - but gotta do housework…

I want to join. I didn't weigh today-but last time I weighed I was 130. My goal is 115, maybe not by the end of Oct., but that is my goal. So I want to do 30 min. x 5 days a week and I always drink my water.... I hope I can remember to weigh next friday- I usually just go by how my clothes fit....

brwnsgr - on MFP looking in the database you will find Aerobics , step... put in your minutes and it will calculate the calories burned.. You will have to make an adjustment since the wii step is less than 6 " high... I use a HRM to keep up with calories burned. ordered from Wal-mart.com

What is the Wii Fit Plus?? I did the free step yesterday for 30 min. for 3453 steps. I am gonna have to try something else for aerobics for a day or so- I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my feet statred hurting.. Does any know if you can wear shoes if you are using the balance board???

Oh! I see -I didn't know how to get to the challenge...Obviously I have never gotten that far with the jack knife.. I think I have only tried it a couple of times, but I will try again.. Yesterday was a rest day ( too much work, not enough time) so today will have to be better.

What is the jackknife challenge? I did 20 min. of free step with a riser and 25 min. of the EA Active pre set workout.. I love the Ea Active preset workouts because I don't have to think about what to do. I just follow the routine they have created.. Kinda like going to an aerobics class...

I had a bench I had bought with a step DVD- so I put my Wii balance board on top of it and am using that as my riser. So--- yesterday I did 3224 steps in 30. Yeah!!!!!!

I did 2374 steps in 20 minutes-next time will try for 3000 steps in 30 minutes... Where do you find the risers for the wii?

That sounds just like my husband....I try to make suggestions (less butter, low-fat cheese, etc...)by telling him we should do it for health reasons. (to lower cholesterol, heart health). He listens and has made a few changes. I will keep working on the others....
