tire pressure.. and if your using your same tires on trainer could also be a culprit.. there are tires specifically for the trainer

Hello all.... Well I am going to try for December. ...Last month did not do zip.. For this month will mostly do spin classes or my trainer...Goal is just to do ride 3 times a week.. will come up with numbers
