  • when was you baby born??? I am in the same boat as you. My daughter is almost 4 months and i am stryggling as well. I always say i dont have time I know that I can squeeze some time in some where. I trid the waking up 30 min before and i felt great aftwards but I would have to get up arounf 4:15- 4:30 at the latest.

I think i just answered my next question.....I was going to ask what if you dont know how much calories is in it?....I was just about to eat some little gummy type candies and i have no idea how many calories are in it BUT I just wont eat it!!!

  • pilates....i havent tried that thank you! and yes this is my 1st baby. I have been feeling pretty good and I breastfeed for 2 months before i dried up and im sure that helped. I just gotta quit being lazy.....hopefully this site and you all can help! Im learning alot already just by browsing!
