Mine's doing the same thing! I'm on the fifth out of six holes. Very exciting!

I'm progressing a little slower (just onto the flavor packets now), but I'm seeing similar changes in myself. I used to drink nothing but soda, and now I don't "need" it anymore. I can also tell when I don't drink enough water. There was a day a couple of weeks ago when I was working graduation for the school I work at. I…

I am usually an addict, too. However, I just canceled my cable and I don't get any channels without it. I hope to be able to pick it up online, though... as soon as my new internet is installed because it was a package deal with my cable.

I use a store brand version of the Crystal Light (Jewel, for Chicagoans). I actually like it better, and it doesn't have calories. Do note that the Crystal Light ones have 5 calories per serving, which is actually 10 calories per packet. I hate it when companies divide things into weird serving sizes. I mean, sure, it's…

Seriously, drink water until you think you are going to drown in it. I would also suggest Midol or Pamprin or one of those. I came very close to having this same problem when I got married. Luckily I figured it out and was able to use my BCP to my advantage and skip the month.

When I was a kid, my mom would mix it with apple sauce and some fruit cocktail (the canned stuff). The measurements are definitely to taste, but I like it about half and half, with maybe just a little less applesauce than cottage cheese, then add in a small can of fruit cocktail.

I kind of do. For instance, yesterday I accidentally had a bunch of extra calories (about 700!), so I didn't worry about what I ordered when I went out to lunch with my co-workers today. I'll enter it, but not worry about going over.

@freerange, yes. It's just a natural process, happens to a lot of people. If you look at my picture, you can see how much less "padding" I have on my rear. It will take a while for me to get used to it. I can't tell you how much I love walking right now because I don't have to sit to do it!.

You should also always weigh on the same scale. Different scales and even different floors can dramatically change your weight read-out. For instance, the scales I own and have at my house consitently weigh an average of 10 pounds less than any other scale (and also have a 2-ish pound difference between the two of them).…

I just noticed that my tummy has been disappearing the other day. I had taken a profile picture in a full-length mirror in January, and took another on Monday, The comparison was a surprise (see profile pic). But my boobs have barely changed. I could probably go with a smaller band size, but I still need the DD. That's not…

I know it sounds cliche, but a therapist can really help. My mom has been struggling with body image and various eating disorders (both under-eating and over-eating) for her entire life. She started seeing a therapist, and he helped her see the things that started her problems and help her deal with them. She has healthily…

It's much easier if you just put in your information that you lead an active lifestyle (I don't remember the exact terminology) and just add any EXTRA exercise to your diary. For instance, I work on a college campus. I never count walking across campus unless I do it more than once in a day. When it's part of your daily…

Normal and good are two different things here. Please add some of those calories back in. Work your way down slowly.

I have a smoothie most days that's just soy milk and fresh fruit. It's about 200 calories. However, I find it's a good way to get my fruit in for the day, and it keeps me full until lunch.

I look at the sodium line not as a goal, but as an absolute limit.

Adding that much exercise to your day, while a good thing, can cause you to stop losing initially. Just keep at it, and your body will catch up.

I'm learning how to sew so that I can take in some of my favorite items. If you don't want to do that, maybe find a tailor?

I always eat 2 servings. There is just no way I could only eat 3/4 cup. I just make up for it with lower calorie things later, like veggies.

I don't know, but I bet it's at least double of adding 15!

lol. I just found my iron after 4.5 years of thinking I left it at my last house. It's a sign of how often I iron that I never replaced it!

Just remember that it's one day. You can get back on track from this point forward. And avoid Pizza Hut from now on. (I actually try to avoid pizza altogether even though it's my favorite food).

Weight Watchers' most recent plan doesn't count fruits and vegetables as points because it doesn't count calories and carbs. I believe it counts protein, fiber, and fat. Maybe some other things, too. It's a completely different system.

I'm a grazer, too. I used to eat breakfast and go to work, and then be "hungry" an hour into my day. I have helped this issue by building the habit into my life. I eat a small breakfast at home, and then make a fruit smoothie that I drink throughout the morning. Then I eat my lunch in pieces throughout the afternoon. I eat…

MFP builds this calorie deficit in for you.

I was 302 when I began. I've lost 38 pounds so far. This website has really helped me a ton!

That's insane! Then again, my ex-husband and I were in Boston a couple of years ago (when we were still together) and he wanted to buy beer at the grocery store across the street from our hotel (in an area with about 6 or 7 other hotels). The lady at the cash register almost refused to sell it to us because we weren't from…

Mine still says the same thing it said when I got it when I was 16. Nobody has ever confronted me about it. It says 160, but I'm quite a bit over that.... like 100 pounds. I imagine all those cop shows where they enter the data that the suspect os 6'1" and about 200 lbs into the DMV database and find the guy. That would…

I eat a banana every day and haven't had an issue. However, it is important to eat other fruits and vegetables, too. Try to mix it up with things of different colors (i.e. blueberries, strawberries, peaches, etc.)

I only record losses. So when I'm up at my TOM (right now, ugh), I weigh myself, I know what I weigh, but I don't put it on here.

I've never had this happen to me, though I'm quite the caffeine addict so that might be why. I see two possibilities: 1) because of "the jitters" you are using more calories; 2) because caffeine dehydrates you, you are feeling hunger-type pains when your body is craving more water.
