I'm in a similar boat, too, without kids. I've gone on a couple of dates with this one guy. He's the guy I'd date if I got into a serious relationship, but I'm not sure I'm ready. Right now, I'm finding myself, re-decorating my house, and having fun with my friends.

There's nothing wrong with the water, it just doesn't taste good. I work at a school and they have to test it every year. The tap water at my house tastes gross, too. Even filtered. I just buy bottled, but I really hate to do that at work.

Plantar fasciitis is an overuse injury. You can improve the way your foot feels with stretching and ice, but the best thing you can do for it is to REST it. Try finding a different form of exercise for a couple of weeks until it feels better. I know that's hard, but trying to walk through it only makes it worse.

The Market Fresh sandwiches are so much bigger than the roast beef, that's why. If I go to Arby's and get a Market Fresh, I only eat half of it.

I don't have any specific suggestions other than trying to talk to a nutritionist. They can give you healthy ideas and follow up with you to make sure their suggestions are working or help you try other things.

Last time I ate at a Mexican restaurant I got a "Chicken Fajita salad." It was quite good, and the calories weren't bad at all. It was basically chicken breast with veggies and salad and I had salsa instead of dressing.

Jillian's moves are so high impact that if your knees aren't exactly perfectly supported by your muscles, they will hurt. If the problem persists, see your doctor, otherwise I would say the muscles supporting your knee joint just aren't strong enough. I've heard that biking is the best exercise to strengthen your knees.

I'd hide all my favorite pieces and then go! Even at this point in my weight loss journey, my clothes are mostly too big and I can't afford to keep buying new stuff... even at Goodwill. BTW, Stacy has a lovely Lee jeans ad at the top of my screen right now. Talk about directed advertising.

I'll do it, though I don't exercise the same amount of time every day. It depends on what activity I'm doing. I can certainly add three minutes to each activity each day, though.

BTW, at 27, having been married and divorced, I think my dad would still prefer I didn't date! He still sees me as his little girl. I live on my own, but I bet he'd be all "I want to meet this guy" in a gruff manner if I had a new boyfriend.

I started when I was a sophomore in high school: 15. My first boyfriend was a senior, but I was his first girlfriend, so it was very innocent.
