I followed the kickstart week too and Ive lost a couple of pounds (not sure exact numbers because my scales are old and inaccurate!!) but I'm not too bothered because I feel great and I think I've lost inches!   • I don't have kids but I have 2 jobs and i'm shattered! Yesterday (day 2) my whole body ached!! Does anyone know if the kickstart week is extra or is it week one? Like after this kickstart week do I do 2 weeks of workouts 1 & 2 or just one week then move on to workouts 3&4? Hope everyone doing well!:)x
