I do strength training 3 times a day. I use my home gym which I regularly do sit-ups. I have weights that I usually use. I also have videocassettes that have weightlifting programs which I recorded on tv years ago. It's a good way to tone and build muscles.

My real reason for losing weight is to stay healthy and trim and not have diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Those diseases run in my family and some of them passed away with it, including my dad and my uncle and aunt, and my grandparents. I don't want to have any of those things that cause me to slow down…

Hello everyone! I just turned 40 several months ago and I'm still getting the weight off of me. I know life changes at 40 including weight and bodily functions, but it can be reversed with diet and exercise to slow the aging process.
