How about doing a mix of cardio and strength training to help you lose pounds.

When it's rainy outside here in St. Cloud, I do workouts on the treadmill and I include cardio, weights, yoga, pilates and whatever it is I can find. But when it's gets stormy with the tornadoes and hurricanes, I either workout early or cut it short.

I fast by drinking water before getting my blood work done before my doctor's appointment. It's required by my doctor to fast the night before doing my blood work.

I just started exercising three weeks ago after the holidays. I plan to stay motivated and do something fun or challenging instead of slacking off which made me put the pounds back on myself. I still want to lose weight and keep it off so I can stay healthy forever. I have to adjust my eating habits and eat a lot of fruits…

Seeing the breaking news story on the fatal shooting at a movie theater in Wesley Chapel where one person is dead and another one is injured, it was devastating that the person who was distracted by a man using his cell phone to text to his daughter at home decided to pull out his gun and shoot him. There's one thing that…

I was also stuck at the same weight-111 lbs. 2 years ago. It has been that way for the past remaining stretch of the year. Today, my weight went down to 3.4 lbs. I plan not to let my weight get stuck at the same number and to shed off the extra pounds.

I lost 1 or 2 pounds by walking on the treadmill daily. I have lost 3.4 pounds so far.

I lost a total of 3.4 pounds as of last week. I'm excited about myself because I noticed a change in my belly and my waist. I'm becoming a little light by the day and I plan to lose more pounds by the week. As for now, I'm doing more exercise to keep myself fit.

I never weigh myself every day. I only weigh myself once a week.

I'm adding more exercise such as cardio, strength training, yoga, pilates and other things besides working the treadmill each day. Despite my belly being flabby, I intend to do a lot of exercises for my abs and I plan to do a lot more cardio so I can lose a more weight. I can put a lot more motivation and effort into my…

The factors that triggered my weight gain were eating late at night and only walking on the treadmill instead of doing more exercises. I'm still finding the time to exercise and to add more cardio to my fitness routine.

I've been trying to figure out what caused my weight to stay at 111 insted of going down. It must be my stomach that has bloating from my menstrual period last week or not doing enough cardio to burn fat and calories. I'll have to add more cardio and lose all my belly fat to make my weight go down at the scale so wouldn't…

The things that I hate about being overweight is my stomach becoming a muffin top due to bloating and weight gain, not having enough energy to get through the day, not doing enough cardio, burning off a little fat, and having people say that I'm getting too big to fit into my own clothes. I never want my tummy to have a…

If it rains on rainy and stormy days, I stay inside and lift weights and do cardio and yoga instead of walking outside, because the ground is too wet and muddy. Otherwise, if it's stormy and a tornado or a hurricane comes through my area, I'd watch news coverage on tv or take time to exercise to keep fit.

You could do cardio to target the abs including the lower portion, such as tae bo, cardio boot camp, or dancing of any type like hip hop, salsa, or Zumba. That way you could take the inches off your waist easily.
