    Hello, hello! I'm 5' 3.75". I started at 135.8 and I'm currently at 128. My goal weight is 115 but I would ideally be at 110 if I'm healthy, lean, and fit.

    i'm 5'2, and started at about 230lbs. i was a size UK 22-24. now (18 months and a bunch of marathons later) i'm about 175lbs and wear size UK 14. i'm quite comfortable with that. i'm also a naturally stocky build, so for me weighing 130lbs is unrealistic.
    it's all going to depend on your body type, i think. there are some women that weigh 130lbs and look chunky, and others that would look ill at the same weight. also will depend on muscle toning. FWIW, my mate weighs very similar to me, is a bit taller, and is about 3 clothes sizes bigger. which sucks for her!

    I'm 5'3" and I was for my latest "highest weight" 190 lbs. I was hoping it was just some water weight from PMS but that number kind of terrified me. My goal weight is 130-125. I'd love to get back to 110ish (my college weight) but given my muscular build that probably won't happen.
    My short term goal is to be in the 170s by my birthday at the end of the month.

    Five foot three, current weight is roughly 125 pounds, goal weight is 110 or so.
    Oh! Highest weight was 148.

    I'm at 5'3 and my goal weight is to get down to 100 lbs. or less, mainly 97 lbs. I was once at 98 lbs. back in my high school days.

    I am 5'3.5" and my goal weight when able to work out is 114. I have been injured the last year and not able to lift since January and run since May so my weight is down to 107 now due to loss of muscle.

    I would love to be between 112 and 114 with more muscle.

    You are 16, 105 is possible but probably will not be as attractive as you think it would be. You have nice definition and to get to that weight, you will have to lose some muscle mass. :ohwell:

    Everyone's body is different. When I was 120 I could stand to lose an additional 10 and get down to 110 meanwhile my friend who is 5'3 and 125 almost looks too thin. I think it depends on your body shape and letting that determine your ultimate goal.

    HI! you look great as is! It really depends on your build. My current weight is 137, and i strangely think i look okay! Im definitely one of those people that weighs a lot more than they look.

    I've been 120 before and for me that's the perfect weight; however I wasn't lifting weights, I did all cardio to get to that weight so I doubt i'll get to that weight keeping up my current regimen at the gym I'm extremely muscular though, I don't think I could weigh 105 if I tried. My goal is from 120 - 125, anywhere in there would be just fine :)

    I'm 5'3 and at 105 I look anorexic because I'm so small boned. My SW was 179, CW 137 and GW 125 and UGW 120 but no lower.

    I honestly don't know if I'm 5'3 or 5'4 but either way my current weight is 151 (started 157) and my goal weight is 120

    I'm 5'3 and currently 171lbs. I started at 188.4 and would be happy at 140. My ultimate goal is 130 though.

    Depending on the size of your frame, 105 seems low to me. I actually look good at 145-150 but would like to go
    lower this time.

    That sounds like me. I am 5'4 and when I was younger I stayed around 110 and 115. I would only work out for about 30 min. a day with the children. Now that I am fifty. I have the time to at least work out six days a week.. I am also still about a size two to four and weigh between 117 to 120. I an not perfect as the skin is more sagy, but I am doing the best that I can. Just started the book Fitness Beyond 50. It is really motivating.

    I am 5'3'', 35 yrs old, and 105 lbs. I think it's slightly too thin. Even size 0's are too big right now. When I was younger, I weighed about 112, and wore size 1. Then I gained as I hit my 30's and was up to 129 lbs and size 4. I didn't mean to lose as much as I did, but I must burn more calories than I think. I look best between 110 lbs and 115 lbs.     I'm 5'3.5" and currently 300lbs :( My starting goal weight is 150. Maybe once I make it there, I'll go down more, but i don't think I'll go less than 130.

    I remember for the longest time I stayed at 100 pounds, than when I got to 120 it still looked too skinny for me, so 125- 130 should be just right for me.

    I'm 5' 2''....and a half. XD I'm only aiming for 130 and coming down from 150. I used to be that weight and loved what it did to my pretty pear shape, so I'm excited about fitting into a size 8 again.

    I am 5'3 1/2'' s and I weigh 168.2 today...my goal is 135lbs for now. I am 62yrs old...would really love to go down to 128lbs but think I wouldn't look right if I did now. I was that when I first got married, but l have been rollercoasting ever since. The last time of dieting was HGC 11x's. That is enough. I did reach 148...but went to 173 in a short amount of time again. How are you if you don't mind me asking?
