  • Actually, if you wait until you are thirsty to drink, you are already dehydrated... You should drink as much water as you can. Your body is made up of mostly water, and you can't get too much.   • I am a firm believer that fat does NOT make you fat! IF it is the right kind... If you're eating tons of fried foods in vegetable oil, margarine, lard, etc. that is not good, but if it is coming from eggs, olive oil, avocados, coconut oil, and even a bit of butter I wouldn't worry about it a bit! :-)
  • I <3 making protein drinks for breakfast. I use 1 cup of 1% milk, 5 frozen strawberries (or 2/3 cup blueberries, peaches, etc), and 1 heaping TBSP of Nutribiotic Protein powder.   • Honestly, weight isn't what you should be worried about! It's your body fat percentage and inches that you should track. How is that coming along?
