I drink plenty of water like 5 water bottles a day i just dont track it but can you guys give me some foods to add to my diet

I was eating like 800 when i lost the 20 lbs then upped it to 1100-1200 i try to get as much in but that was just this week and i gained 2 lbs

I used to be 250 and lost 60 lbs and then hit a plateau for awhile and then i gave up and gained 30lbs back but now i am back down to the weight i was before im just scared ill hit another plateau and give up again
