  • Hi nckgirl! I work not too far from Ballanyne on S. Tryon where Arlsley is. Which classes do you take? I currently go to Planet Fitness to lift weights and use the treadmill. I also love the ab station they have. I'm working on building muscle so my cardio workouts would burn more calories.

  • 2013 ~166lbs 2016 ~145lbs My goal is to 125-130lbs, and I got really close last year to 135lbs, but I keep gaining and losing those 10lbs and never quite reaching my goal weight. I'm posting this for some motivation. My weight has been coming off very slowly, and it's been quite discouraging :neutral:

  • A flaky biscuit and gravy with scrambled egg and sliced deli turkey. The gravy is the one that comes in packets at the store that you mix with water, so it's a lower caloric version of the gravy from say, a fast food restaurant.

  • Eat salads that are delicious! Panera Bread, Chili's and a lot of different restaurants have great salads! Just go light on the dressing. It's surprising how good and filling they are!
  • After work, I'm going to go to TCBY with my boyfriend for some frozen yogurt. I'm debating on either having fruit or chocolate toppings. I can't decide right now. Guess I'll just have to go and see how I feel. I'm most likely going to go with the sugar-free yogurt though. I feel better having less sugar in my diet.
  • You should never rely on those things 100%. Every device is only an estimate. Right now, you seem to be hitting it pretty accurately. If you want to lose more than 1lb a week, I would definitely try not eating ALL your exercise calories back.
