Nuts, yogurt, protein bars, protein shakes. Try to eat a meal or snack every 3 hours, that will help with cravings and keep your metabolism steady.

I'll eat a chocolate protein bar or if I want fewer calories I'll drink fat free/sugar free hot cocoa. It's 20 calories and satisfies the craving.

Hi, Congrats on your weight loss so far. Strength training would be great to add to your routine. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn, so you don't need to worry about not burning enough calories by doing that instead of walking. Hi Jenny, don't beat yourself up about it. Just get back on track starting NOW! Log on every day and enter EVERYTHING you eat. It really helps me keep in check just by seeing how many calories I'm consuming.

Hi, I'm on week 4 of Insanity. If you go to the "exercise" tab at the top, then choose 'cardiovascular' , 'add exercise' then type in the workout you did. If it doesn't show up, click on 'add an exercise to the database' . Then you can enter in the minutes and calories.

An at home DVD exercise program worked for me. I did P90X and it has a different workout scheduled every day for 6 days a week. It helped keep me on track so I wouldn't get behind on the schedule. After a couple of weeks, it became habit. It helped to have a workout partner motivate me on days when I didn't feel like doing…
