Good Morning all! Im starting insanity on monday, how do I track this on MFP?

    Hi, I'm on week 4 of Insanity. If you go to the "exercise" tab at the top, then choose 'cardiovascular' , 'add exercise' then type in the workout you did. If it doesn't show up, click on 'add an exercise to the database' . Then you can enter in the minutes and calories.

    If you have a Heart Rate Monitor you can add your own exercise and add the calories burned there. Or just look in the cardio tab under aerobics, high intensity.
