If you think that 1300s is too low search the topics for "in place of a road map" it will help you figure out your TDEE and BMR. MFP started me at 1300 and i was starving and didnt lose any weight so i checked out that topic found my TDEE and have been good to go ever since!

I would try Ripped in 30 because its more challenging but not as challenging as Insanity from what i hear. With ripped in 30 you can choose to workout 5-6 days a week. Im currently on week 3 of ripped in 30 and alls i say is Jillian is brutal and i love/hate her but ive lost alot of inches since starting!

Its not easy at first but the more you do it the easier it gets! I havent been on here that long and i loved my junk food! But since ive been tracking what ive been eating and eating healthier i dont really want the junk or processed food much because i know it undoes all the hard work i just did! You can do it! Its not a problem for me but i get bored drinking so much so i drink 0 calorie flavored waters or use the crystal light packets, that way its like drinking a punch, tea or juice without all the calories!

I just read on another post that when you calculate your TDEE - 20% that you should eat the same # of calories a day and not eat back any exercise calories because thats already calculated into your TDEE. I just finished day 1 week 3 and it was brutal!! I agree with you that the exercises form are simpler and easier to do but boy to do they hurt!!! My legs and arms were burning and screaming!! Definately getting stronger though!

I do the same thing to try and make sure im not gaining weight! Although it seems all im doing is gaining and losing the same 3 pounds for the past 2 wks which is pissing me off! So im only going to weigh once a week! Measuring works better!
