yesterday I had a carrot, apple, ginger juice. It was good but next time I will play with the proportions to fit my taste. Maybe too much carrot this time. I think its important to use mostly veg though and a little fruit. Less sugar etc...

I gained 50plus lbs with each of my 2 pregnancies. I lost it all with my first when he was 7-8 months old. It came off slowly but naturally. Tandoori chicken is really your best bet. Also instead of naan, get a whole wheat roti no butter and the yogurt is actually good for you. It is usually full fat but Indian yogurt is similar to greek, lot sof protien.
