A friend from church says he is on the G>E>D> diet. which is what I am doing... G> GOD E> Exercise D>Diet He was 370lbs in OCT 2011 first of Jan he was 306 lbs.. Good luck..

I was once told by someone that they did noticed when I had lost alot of weight before That they were scared I was sick or something>they did not realize I was trying till they seen my and my husband together(we both lost alot).. Normaly I cook extra at supper so we(me and my husband) can have something it the next day or 2. Wed and Sun nite we are at church, so I do not cook. Today we will have 2 tomato sandwiches with wheat thins.

I have found a cup that looks like a togo cup ( with lid and straw) at Walmart. I drink more out of a straw. This is the best way for me to drink just water. Bonus I have found if the drink is COLD( the colder the better) your body burns extra calories to warm the drink up. I do have to use Propel sometimes to help replace…

I know alot of people will tell you to do this and that , but I will tell you from what I learned from my weight loss teacher 4 years ago is find what you like and do it. Me and my husband like to walk, not much of the other stuff, so we walked alot. I will tell you when we quit walking we gain alot of our weight back. Now…

What I have noticed is that it depends on the cake mix for the calories.Try to figure out from the box with out all the other stuff added..Good luck..I think I will try it with angle food cake tonite>>:happy:
