Was on here in Feb of this year and have just returned, good to see I am down 6 pounds since then, but need to do another 20. Hope to get motivation from others, I know what has to be done and how to do it, just can't keep the motivation mainly over the weekends.

New to this forum but not new to starting again! I lost 38 pounds but gained 16 back and can't seem to get it off. The weekends are my weakness also! I've done it before but am struggling now. It all starts in my head and I'm just not quite there yet - but I can feel it coming soon. I've been exercising 6 days a week and feel great! Now I just have to get a handle on the FOOD!

I learned to never beat yourself up about leaving and coming back. Instead, praise yourself for coming back!!

Welcome Back!! I find chocolate my down fall......but when I decide or I should say when I get it in my head that I want chocolate it's very hard to not eat it. Every time I'm about to eat something unhealthy I leave the house, seriously I go for a quick jog or a 30 min walk. This keeps me motivated. If I fall and have chocolate than I tell myself well that sucks because now I have to do more cardio, to make up for what I just ate.

I also find nutribars keep me away from chocolate now, the brownie ones, taste like real chocolate and only have 100 calories per bar and 3 g of fat!!

    GOOD LUCK!!
