Welcome! I have been here a month or so now and I love it, too! I used to write my food/calories down on paper but this is so much better. I love the fact that it is all there and I can just run the reports and see what I have been doing and the best part is - I AM SEEING RESULTS! So, welcome and good luck! :drinker:

p.s. whenever I have lost weight, initially in the first couple of weeks the scaled doesn't seem to budge and then when it starts dropping...it keeps going so don't get discouraged because the scale hasn't budged yet - it takes a bit of time for your body to adjust to your new lifestyle and start reacting

hmm...i thought caffeine actually supressed hunger i have coffee every morning and it is usually with 1/4 of 2% milk and splenda and I do not get hungry right away now on the other hand, if I don't have my coffee .... I am starving in the morning...
