I totally love Jillian Michaels, So far I've done Banish Fat Burn Metabolism (for 4 weeks) I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and I'm on Level 2 day 3, and I plan on doing 6 week 6 pack once I've finished RI30. I'm not brave enough to post photos yet but I hope I look as good as you when I'm done! :)

I don't expect to get "Ripped" as such in 30 days but I can definately see my fitness levels going up significantly, and I'm certainly more toned than I was to start with. Alot of people on here have had some really good results with it :)
