I make sure to take my vitamins, so that I have energy and motivation to be active and try to log my eating. But if I don't log I don't get discouraged...I just try to do better. Life is busy and sometimes things just don't make it into the schedule. I would rather get in some movement than log my food, if it comes to that…

I haven't tried that one yet. But it is on my list of wants. I just got the 3 mile Slim & sleek DVD this weekend, but it was so nice out this evening I walked the walking path at a local park. I should get to try it out this week though there is lot's of rain in the forecast.

My calorie goal is set at 1200, I struggle to meet it most days. My diary is public. I also occasionally have a day that goes high, usually if I go out to eat or have a special occasion. I do not eat breakfast most days, I just don't care to eat first thing in the am and usually have lunch at 11:30am.

My food diary is open and I pack a lunch almost every day, I am eating around 1200 cals a day. I find inspiration from looking at Bento Box lunches on Pinterest and the web. I believe that if food looks good it is more filling and makes my day/lunch happier.I also find I eat more veggies and fruit if I am making my lunch…
