What is your favorite 10 minute solutions DVD?
I am not very good at keeping up with routines, I get lost and frustrated.
I enjoy the WATP Dvd's but I am looking for something new.
I have heard that the boxing ones are good, but was wowed and overwhelmed when I seen all the different DVD's.
Also I am looking for something zumba/salsa like, but need something simple to keep up with. I bought a dvd at walmart a hip hop/salsa and I was totally lost and frustrated.

collagevideo.com (or totalfitnessdvds.com) .....collage shows you the DVD "chapters" ..... is a DVD is chaptered (collage will tell you) .... you can mix & match the pieces with your remote control.
I never buy a DVD without looking it up on these sites. I hear you re: frustration. I cannot do choreopraghy at all (Love Leslie Sansone) ....
For kickboxing ... 10 Minute Solutions might not be the best option.... 10 MS crams a lot into each 10 minute segment.
Chris Freytag: Prevention Fitness Kickstart your Metabolism is one I really like: http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/prevention-kick-start-your-metabolism-with-chris-freytag-5693
TaeBo (Billy Blanks) is kinda like kickboxing but more repetitive.... some of his routines are pretty fast (so read reviews). "This is Tae Bo" is one I like http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/tae-bo-this-is-tae-bo-5867 .... also
Cardio Circuit 2...older should be cheap on Amazon (Cardio Circuit 1 is too fast for me). http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/tae-bo-cardio-circuit-2-7401?pc=yes
No actual experience but Ilaria Montagnani's Power Strikes are supposed to be very well cued
10 Minute Solutions I like (no cardio) ......Tone Trouble Zones with Amy Bento .... it comes with a resistance band: http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/10-minute-solution-tone-trouble-zones-7837
10 Minute Solutions Pilates Perfect Body is good......http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/10-minute-solution-pilates-perfect-body-5539
I you are super frustrated by videos ... I recommend Netflix (by mail) ..... they have hundreds of DVDs. I had a subscription for several months .... I got a new workout every week & it helped my figure out what my limitations, and preferences were.0 -
The Pilates one is amazing. I would definitely recommend that to anyone trying to tone up.0

I really like the Biggest Loser DVD's. They have one called the 30 Day Jump Start with 10 minute workouts. You can start with one a day..and eventually do two a day..then three, etc. Last year I NEVER worked out and I started out with this DVD and ended up losing like 20 pounds just by doing it every day. I eventually saw a change in my endurance too which is always awesome. I totally recommend it.0
