Met my goal!!! 10 lbs in 10 days!!! Water intake, exercise 1-2 hrs /day swimming! Daily tracking and adjusting. Not wasting the calories I put in my bank!! Gift of Health is a GIFT TO LIFE!!!!

I think that drinking 8 glasses of water/day is my greatest challenge. 2nd Getting in exercise goal. I learned Biggest Loser Ranch charges $2900/wk and you exercise 5-6 hours/day! So, every hour of exercise is worth about $100. I'm trying to pay myself $200/day

Low calorie and high fiber= steamed cabbage! What about the protein powders, bars? Do they help?

I'm 69 and beating the H___ out of 70. Since August1 I have lost 8 lbs, just starting. Love this site. I am also swimming 60 mi,n 4/5 times a week. Goal is 100 lbs. Arthritis, joints, HBP are issues One mouthful at a time! Give yourself the Gift of Good Health!:smile:

Thanks, too! I've just started on my program. What, or is there an advantage to adding in a high protein replacement program. I see many of the products in the food databank.

Are you drinking your water? Calorie intake vs exercise calories lost> Compare these, then make an adjutment. :wink:

TEN reasons. I'll have to think about it. But, that should really provide motivation. Getting lots of good info from this site. I'll check in more often. Start my own tracking system for cig's.
