Luce, if your back is hurting you its probably those superman moves. Try not going all the way up on those and see of that helps. They hurt me at first too. I did the first run of the c25k tonight, I'll be shredding tomorrow.

I agree. Its so much better to go back a level than to quit. Just keep doing the best you can. Level 2 is hard. When I have skipped a day or two I actually feel alot stronger when I start again. I do try to do some other activity when I don't Shred.

Thanks Zanasush. Day 7 of level 2 done. I'm really not liking pendulum lunges, walk out push ups, squat with a v raise, or anything that involves a plank. I don't even like Jillian anymore! How's level 3 for you?

6th day of level 2 done. I'm getting pretty frustrated. I'm eating better than I ever have. I'm doing the shred plus extra exercise and ive only lost 1 freaking pound in a month. I've lost 1 inch in my waist. And a half in my hips. It just seems like I should see more results by now.

I think you are doing great Choosing! That is a lot of inches lost for just over a week. I gained weight in the beginning too. But now it is starting to come off. Keep doing the right things and the results will follow.

Day 3 of level 2 done. I feel shredded. I ate bad yesturday so I did some extra elliptical too.

3 lbs is awsome! I weighed today exactly the same. But I did loose an inch off my waste and .5 inch off my bust.

Day 2 of level 2. I'ts hard but you'll be able to do it by the time you get to day 11. It actually seems easier on my knees. I do have sore muscles today in abs, back and shoulders. Not as sore as when I first started though. Thank goodness!

Day 3 lev 1 done. My right knee is killing me now. I slipped on some stairs yesterday and hurt it. I'm hoping it won't get any worse. My body is tired today and it was hard to get through.

I use 5 lb for most of the exercises but the shoulder raises I have to switch down to 3 lbs and even that is hard.
