I am on day 4 of level 2. It is harder than level 1, but I find that my stamina has increased from the journey of level one to level 2..0

I feeling rather scared when i have to start level 2, i'm on level 1 day 4 atm. he walking in push ups scare me lol.0

Im on Level 1 Day 8. I have been taking my time with this one (only on day 8 but started 2 weeks ago). But since I have started I have lost 4 lbs and a few inches. So I need to stop playing around and get focused so I can see how much weight I can really get off with consistant use of the 30 Day Shred.0

I'm on Level 3 Day 9. Tomorrow is the last day!! I've actually not done the workout every single day, but have done each level 10 times, on whichever days I could. Usually it's been 5 or 6 days per week, but occassionally it slipped to 4. I've still seen great results and can't wait to take my final measurements after a day of rest.0

I'm on day 4 of level 1 too. I can definitely feel a difference in my stamina and in my body already.
The walking out pushups scare me too, I can't even do modified at the moment!0 -
wow chezileigh, it's so motivating to hear you can feel a difference in just four days. I am on day2 and the push ups are really hard for me. I also seem to keep sweating for like an hour after I finish...0

Lol, i know the feeling. I too can feel a difference in 4 days (well today's the fourth day) my energy levels are up and my trousers feel a little loser. So excited for weigh in on Saturday0

Just finished day 2 of level one. I've done level one several times in the last few weeks but not on consecutive days. Now I've decided to get serious and do it everyday.

Just did Day 1, Level 1 and i feel great!! I was already doing Jillian Michaels Buns and Thighs so my legs were a little sore already but i got through it! I decided to start a blog to keep me on track! I'll be updating how i felt before, during, and after the workout. This is just something to motivate me to keep going and not skip a day Feel free to add me or just go read the blog. Good luck to all of you!!0

The lunges with bicep curls kills me.. also the plank jump is dreadful....0 -
Plank jumps sounds awful - lol.
I'm on day 5 today and i can really feel a difference, plus i had a cheeky go on the measuring tape and i've lost 1/2" under my bust in 4 days Awesome.
Only measured there then felt bad lol. I really want to wait until the end before i check or take photos.0 -

It does get better, trust me. I'm on day 5 today and no more pain in my legs and arms Yaaay0 -
Ok, I'll trust you...it's mostly my quads from all that lunging and squating. I love that it goes by really quickly...0

Day 3 lev 1 done. My right knee is killing me now. I slipped on some stairs yesterday and hurt it. I'm hoping it won't get any worse.
My body is tired today and it was hard to get through.0 -
Keep at it supermom. get a knee support and use some ibuprofen gel on the sore knee.
I find the lunges horrible too and my knees which have never been brilliant creak like mad doing it, but they won't improve if I don't work them so I'm keeping going. just make sure you're stretching your quads properly too, do it several times throughout the day.
I've done day 5 today and I'm having a rest day tomorrow. I've also done the second session of the second week of my 5k training program and that was hard today as well. Fingers crossed I feel refreshed on Friday, and hopefully I'll also be feeling really motivated as I'm going to do my weight and measurements in the morning, so as long as there is some progress I'll probably be really motivated0 -
My very first day of this and I am very tired and bits creak and ache. This had better be worth it!:bigsmile:
Am struggling with the sugar cravings and finished the day with a glass of cherry juice to help me sleep. Well under calorie goal- fitbit is showing 600 calories under. Remembered my thyroid tablet and blood sugar stable.

I did my 3rd day last night, missing a day today to go to Body Combat. I'm terribly impatient with these things so my tape measure and scales come out on a daily basis! BUT...already noticing inch-loss. Not whole ones yet but little bits, it's these sorts of things that spur me on. It's actually working!!!

I know it's amazing how quick our bodys can change. I took another pic last and there was a difference i even asked my partner because i thought i was seeing things :bigsmile:
Today i will be having a rest day as well. Looking forward to Saturdays weigh in0 -
I will be doing weigh in, measurements and pics tomorrow early morning, after a rest day today. Fingers crossed it's good news!!0

level1 day4 finished. more ouch. My son was laughing at me all last night because I was moaning a little every time I stood up. Finally bought a tape measurer so have all my numbers...bicep, bust, chest, waist, bellybutton, hips, thigh and calf. Did I miss anything?
I definitely agree with those of you who recommended more stretching after the workout.0 -
Many online body fat calculators take your neck circumference, so might be worth having that too x0

So today my knee felt better but I didn't think I should push it so I went for a long walk instead. Then my husband started the dvd (he's been on level 2 for a few days now). So I thought I'd give it a try. Just to see what I could do. The next thing I know I'm sweating buckets and cursing at Jillian but we're almost done. I skipped the jumping jacks in the warm up and the jumping twist thingys though. Just did jump rope during those. So I guess I'm on level 2 now! Yeah me!0
