I'm still around....the weather has been so nice and cool in NY that I have been trying to exercise outside (tennis and walk/running).
I am not motivated to do Level2...I really don't like it! Maybe I'll try 3 and see...0 -
Well enjoy the good weather, we have rain rain and more rain here!
Just done day 29 so last day tomorrow, then level 1 on Friday, then resting saturday. Sunday is weigh in and level 1, Monday is back to running again x0 -
well that's it I've done day 30 and it's all over with.0

Hi everyone,
Im back in the club.. after a month and a half of break from 30 DS due to my sprained ankle.. I am now on full swing to finish wat I started. I hope every one is going well and seeing changes happen..
The good news is that I did not put on any weight over the break , the reason- I logged in religiously everyday. So I pat on my back for atleast not putting on weight. There were binges here and there but.. I am glad that I have control over my eating habit.
All I have to do is make sure that I dont sprain or break anything..lol
