I would guesstimate by piecing it out. Shrimp I guesss an ounce Lobster - maybe one Faltbread - hmm what size marinare 1/4 cup? Etc....... It also helps if I photo the item so that when I have more time I can better estimate. Sometime my memory will forget the size of items.

While I do think this is a cool trick. It is nice to see for a minute. I knew a person that made their dog do this trick multiple times a night, multiple times a week. It got old. The dog was not choosing to do it. It did it because it was an obedient dog and its owner gave the dog a command.

Yesterday was a good on plan day. Today is Week 2 Weigh In for the Biggest Loser competition at work. Last week I weighed 241.2 and this week 239.8. Down 1.4. I took Saturday off just because. Then on Sunday I did it twice to make up for skipping. Yesterday was fine. Today I woke up and I am in a terrible mood, I could not bring myself to do it.
