I have 1/3 cup oatmeal =100 calories 1/2 scoop protien powder and 1 tbsp nutella or peanut butter= about 250 calories and so filling

I do JM 30 day shred and turbo jam abs and cardio jam i think its called, but im getting bored with them both ,i alternate them everyother day and also do my eliptical for 30 to 45 mins.I want to try the tae bo anyone enjoy that one

I like the Mcdonalds oatmeal, I have a friend that works there and she told me how they make it, so i tweeked it and make it at home for under 200 calories and not all the sugar, but if your in a hurry and theres not a option at 10 AM, iD still get the oatmeal there. But thats just me

I agree with you, I have 2 personal trainer friends who both said the same thing, whatever weight is your goal eat that in protein :smile:

I never wear shoes when i workout at home, cant stand shoes on my feet when i work out i do wear socks tho

Im also doing JM 30 day shred level 2 (circuit training) but didnt know if i should lost the ab jam as kick boxing (for the first 10 mins your standing and doing kickboxing for your abs) the next 10 mins is on the floor??? so im alittle confused :laugh:

One of my friends is a personal trainer/weight lifter, she said when its TOM your matabolism is really high so your burning more calories thats why your so hungry.

I had to up my calorie intake, i was on 1200 calories and changed it to 1350 and i work out 6 days a week > i hadnt lost any weight for a month then when i increased my calories i lost 1.4 lbs that week so thats what i did, hope that helps

I lost 10lbs also it took over 90 days to lose that, but Ive been losing inches more, 14 total all over so far, but i would love to see the scale move more but i guess beggers cant be chosers
