My question is this, everymorning I make myself a cup of hot chocolate with fat free skim milk, it satisfies me for about 3 hours in the morning, and since I don't drink coffee in the AM it gives me that little pep in the early hrs. weight gain, not loss
Is it normal to feel heavier at first, then start lossing weight afterwards??? i work out 3 to 4 days a week for 2 hrs cardio and strength training, none of my clothes fit me ive gained 10 lbbs and im very confused. Does anyone have a clue whats going on?
