i eat good a lot of veggies fruit, protien. i have heart problems and take meds to help out with that, I feel bloated all the time :(

Yes to much water can cause problems ive heard also. I was told to drink in ounces half of you body weight So if you 150lbs 75oz water is what you drink,

Im not sure about that, If you hrm said so, check the mfp cleaning and log the time and see if its comprable but what kind of hrm do you have? i want to get one just for the calories, i dont really care to much about the heart rate stuff lol

I log it as circuit training and its 26 mins long

use a pomade or silicone lotion ( i use chi its by redkin) for shine and to control the frizz, also what kind of shampoo are you using? thats has alot to do also with frizz. Or even try using a leave in conditioner Paul Mitchel has one to help with controling your frizz problem

I love the spicy black bean morningstar burgers, or the muchroom ones are good also. I eat them on a bagel thin with alittle ff cheddar cheese soooo yummy

I have a calender on my fridge and i plan our dinners and write it on each day for 2 wks at a time. it helps so much w trying to lose weight
