weight gain, not loss

Is it normal to feel heavier at first, then start lossing weight afterwards??? i work out 3 to 4 days a week for 2 hrs cardio and strength training, none of my clothes fit me ive gained 10 lbbs and im very confused. Does anyone have a clue whats going on?

    Exercise alone won't lead to weight loss. How many calories are you taking in per day?

    i eat good a lot of veggies fruit, protien. i have heart problems and take meds to help out with that, I feel bloated all the time :(
