I'm new to all of this. What's a healthy intake of calories for breakfast???

    I like to range pretty high for breakfast so mine is usually 300 to 350

    It depends on what your caloric goal is for the day. You do want to try and get a least a third of your calories from breakfast and less and less for each meal as the day progresses plus snacks.

    mine is just 100 - I don't need much to get going, but want to get something in my body to get the metabolism moving...........

    I roll in at under 100 calories 99% of the time.

    My calorie goal is around 1500, and when I exercise I get 500-600 more calories to eat. So my breakfast is usually 400-500 calories.
  • :wink: Thanks guess. I've been on a health kick lately. As of right now without calorie counting I've lost 9lbs. I didn't weigh myself at the start of my journey because I didn't want to discourage myself. Now that I'm counting calories I want to stay on track. I hope this site helps with that.
