Thats a great idea ,i never thought to divide my meals up like that, Ive been trying to have a happy medium w my calories/exercise also . Im going to give that a try

My favorite new breakfast is the friut and oatmeal @ mcdonalds, i found out how to make it at home so i dont have to pay the money and extra calories (since i know what im putting in it) also i make a hawian egg white omlette w pineapple, ham, and alpine lace swiss soooo yummy

I like the fiberone bars taste like a candy bar (almond one is my favorite w dark cocolate) or the atkins bars i like alot also

I do the 30 day shred on day 10 of level 1, at first i used 5lbs weights but it was to much, so i switched to 3lbs so far so good but believe me you feel it in the arms :laugh:

I make my chicken with crushed pecans or almonds dip in flour then egg whites then nuts and broil or bake in the oven its sooooo yummy, or even bbq if your able to this time of year

Im 5 ft 3 inch and started off at 154 lbs in nov and im down to 146 as of today , i lose a average of a lb a week but havent lost any in 2 weeks but i have lost inches 13 1/2 so far. on average you dont want to lose to much to fast, so a pound a week is good, hope that helps I know its not 22 lbs lost but just wanted to…

as long as your NET calories dont go under 1200 your good.

I drink the muscle milk sugar free 100 calorie chocolate, after i workout. I f i had the regular muscle milk id drink it as a meal replacement along with a after workout protien drink, i love it. I try to eat atleast 100g of protein a day so those help me get to my goal.

I was told by my trainer friend, the more protein you consume along with weight training helps burn more fat, and builds muscle.. I also drink the muscle milk sugar free 100 calorie chocolate shake after my workout , i dont know if that helps im just going by what my friend said.

i finished day 7 of level one, those jump ropeing hops kill my calves anyone else have that problem?

Hell to the yes, a good friend of mine who body builds (its a girl) told me when its our TOM our matabolisms, speed up so were hungry all the time, so she says to eat more and workout , it will be benefical when tom is over.

I have a friend whos doing the hcg diet and yes your only allowed so many calories a day which is crazy 500-700 and also she said that you cant wear certain oils or make up with oils in it! the things required were really weird, i wanted to try it but the calorie inake was way to low for me

I uped my calorie intake to 1400 from 1200 and its been going slow for me i work out 6 days a week doing jm 30 day shred and 30 mins on elliptical, idk what else to do? i am eating some exercising calories but getting very discouraged HELP!

any calories under 1200 your body will go in starvation mode, so if you workout and burn 300 calories you need to eat those calories so your not under your 1200, at the end of the day

Started mine yesterday and did i again today, im going to do each level 10 days in a row, with 1 day off in between the 10, does that make sence? plus im also doing my elliptical for 30 mins a day. so im in also for the support!!!!!
