I would look into getting gel sole inserts! Or going to a specialized shoe store where they can properly fit your feet for a pair! :)

If you're just starting out, it's totally okay! Your body is adjusting! No big deal! If you've been doing this a while now, you should probably make sure you're getting enough calories and not working too much of them off. Also. Weight falls off easy if you've just gone to the bathroom. Remember that!

I think for some people, yes, you're right! They should always track if they want to keep with this healthy life style. But, some people, internally really are rewired. If you're already physically fit, it's not going to make you just drop 20lbs. Know that. And adding muscle is not a bad thing. That's why it's terrible to only focus on the scale. Focus on the abilities your body is picking up from the work outs. There's more to life than scales and measurements, love. Drink some more…
