I wanna say that I think I read on MFP that anything ingested over the # for protein and fiber for the day is passed on as waste.... so I think you're ok... but I am not a Dr or nutritionist....

and if it's just me eating- a late night where I've had big workout of pilates and then dance or something.. I make a huge salad, open a packet of the flavored tuna pouches ( lemon garlic or sweet and spicy), some avacado, lemon juice and EVOO. I kind of do that one quite a bit- quick and easy though!

Oh girl- I am the SAME way... I upped my water intake for a few weeks.. and honestly that did seem to help last month. That's my attack plan this month as well. Ooh- all that info does help- so.. one more annoying question.. is the chest strap ( which sounds cool to me, not annoying if I'm getting the info I need- I already wear the friggin annoying sprts bra- lol) connect to the watch at all?? I'd assume not... I am clumsy and would get tangled.....
