Hi, all! I am fairly new.


I am taking an intense bootcamp twice a week for 60 mins each. What would you estimate the calories burned to be??? I'm not sure what to put into my tracker.

  • I usually put "general aerobics" for that.
  • I enter mine as calistenics.. and find it pretty accurate. :-)
  • this one: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort
  • i used to keep mental track of how much cardio vs calisthentics i did, generally speaking. if the class was 60 minutes long and we pretty much did 50/50 of each, then i know it's 30 min and 30 min, etc.

    i just invested in a heart rate monitor w/ chest strap so now i go based off those numbers as it's obviously far more accurate.

    I do bootcamp 2! ask the instructor for the infor...I do i burn about 600 to 650 it depends what she or he does! So ask, its so fun i love it:smile:
